The message every brokerage gets
A buyer you showed three units to last month messages from a new Instagram account, and nobody remembers his budget, the units he saw or why he said no to the last one.
Hi, it's Amr. I viewed the Zayed townhouse with Karim last month. Is it still available? I can do 20% down now.
Without a profile
“Welcome! Sorry, which townhouse was it, and what was your budget again?”
With his profile open
“Welcome back, Amr! The Yasmine Oasis townhouse, 210 m². With 20% down the owner was open to 13.2M. Shall I book a second viewing with your wife?”
One client, one profile
The profile gathers everything that happened with that person. Their property requests with the area, budget and payment method the AI collected. The units they were shown. Viewings with their outcome: interested, second viewing, offer made, no-show. Conversations on every channel, notes, calls, tasks, and the deals they closed with the commission you earned.

Same person, two profiles
When the same phone number turns up on two profiles, for example a buyer who wrote on WhatsApp and later shared that number on Instagram, PropDrop flags them as a possible duplicate. A manager reviews the pair and merges them into one profile, or marks them as different people. Profiles belong to your company, and sales agents can view them without being able to delete them.

Where clients come from
Chats set the source on their own: WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat. Buyers from your ads arrive as WhatsApp or Instagram chats. Portal inquiries, referrals and walk-ins you tag by hand, since PropDrop doesn't connect to property portals.
The profile card
Every person who messages you gets a client profile, created the moment their first message arrives: name, phone, the channel they came from, and their identity on each channel. Add the rest by hand when you meet them: walk-ins, referrals, a buyer who saw your listing on a property portal and called. Each profile has a type (client, owner, developer, broker) and tags of your own.
Profiles start themselves
The first message on any connected channel creates the profile with the name, number and source. Walk-ins and referrals you add by hand.
Every touch lands on it
Requests, units shown, viewings, notes, calls, tasks and deals attach to the profile as they happen, from the AI and from your team.
Anyone picks up where the last one stopped
Search, open the profile, and you know the budget, the areas and what was already shown before you write a word.
Made for
Brokerages where buyers come back months later
A buyer who paused his search in spring writes again in autumn. The broker opens his profile and sees the budget, the two units he liked and the viewing where he said the finishing was not ready.
Developer teams handling launch traffic
The same buyer may ask on Instagram during the launch and on WhatsApp a week later. Possible duplicates are flagged, a manager merges them, and the sales agent sees one person with one history.
Knowing where your clients come from
Each profile keeps its source: WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, a property portal, a referral or a walk-in. Ad clicks arrive as WhatsApp or Instagram chats, so you see which channels bring buyers worth calling.
Profiles belong to your company, not to a broker's phone. Sales agents can view and update them; creating, deleting and merging is for the owner and managers.
Questions
When a phone number that already belongs to one profile shows up on another, both are flagged as a possible duplicate. A manager merges them, which moves conversations, requests, activities and deals to the kept profile, or dismisses the flag.
Let the AI start the profiles tonight. When a buyer comes back, the units, viewings and budget are one search away.
