A brokerage with five agents
Each agent filters the board to their own leads. The manager watches the Viewing column fill up on Thursday and plans the weekend.
One board from the first message to the reserved unit.

Before the board
A spreadsheet with a “status” column nobody updates. Who viewed? Who's negotiating? And who went to another broker without anyone noticing?
Bought through another broker. Nobody noticed.
Try it
Ahmed viewed the Al Rayhan apartment on Saturday and made an offer. Move his card, then close it or lose it, and watch his timeline.
Leads arrive on their own
Every new chat on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or your website becomes a card in New.
The AI does the early stages
It qualifies the request and moves the lead to Qualified, or to Viewing when the buyer asks to see a unit.
Your team closes
Move cards to Negotiation and Won, or to Lost with a reason. The timeline keeps every move.

On every board
Owners and managers see every lead. Sales agents see only qualified leads, so their board starts where their work starts. Every column shows the total estimated value of the leads in it, so the Monday meeting starts from the same numbers.
Sales agents see qualified leads only
Learn from the lost column
Every lost lead keeps the reason your agent wrote, the stage it was lost from and the date. Read the column at the end of the month and the pattern is right there.
Lost · March
Sample data3 of these 5 were lost after a viewing. That's a conversation for Monday's meeting.

“Viewed, felt the building was too far from the gate”
Lost isn't deleted: the lead, its chat and the reason stay. If the buyer comes back, move the card back.
Who it's for
From there your team takes over. Drag a card to Negotiation after the buyer makes an offer; mark it Won and pick reserved, sold or rented; mark it Lost and write why. Each move is written to the lead's timeline with who made it and when, and the dates that matter, qualified, won and lost, are stamped without anyone typing them. Flip to the list view to sort and filter the same leads by stage, score, assignee or source.

Hundreds of leads in a week. The AI clears New and Qualifying, so the sales team only works Qualified and Viewing.
One person, one board. Reserved units on one side, lost leads with their reasons on the other, and nothing kept in their head.
Questions
PropDrop's pipeline is a board with the stages a property sale really goes through: New, Qualifying, Qualified, Viewing, Negotiation, then Won (reserved, sold or rented) or Lost. Leads from every channel land in New on their own, and the AI moves them through Qualifying and Qualified as it learns the request. When a buyer asks for a viewing, the lead moves to Viewing.
Works with
Only in the early stages: it moves leads into Qualifying and Qualified as it collects the request, and to Viewing when the buyer asks for a viewing. Negotiation, Won and Lost are your team's call.
