Your reel of a finished apartment gets a hundred comments asking "price?" and "details". Writing "check your DMs" under each one doesn't help when nobody actually sends the DM.
A comment is a buyer raising their hand in public. Every hour it hangs there, other buyers, and other brokers, see it too.
One comment, two answers
When someone comments on a post you've switched on, PropDrop sends them a private DM about the unit or project you linked to that post, with their name in it, in Arabic or English to match their comment. Then it replies under the comment, with wording that changes each time, so they know where to look.
Under the comment, for everyone
One of several wordings each time, so Instagram doesn't see the same reply a hundred times. Write your own or keep these.
In their DMs, just for them
About the unit or project you linked to the post, with their @username in it, in Arabic or English to match how they commented.
If the DM can't be sent, no public reply goes up. Nobody is told to check a DM that never arrived.
Send plain text, or text with up to three buttons. Try them: each kind does something different.

Settings › Comment replies
In Settings › Comment replies you see your recent posts and reels. Switch on the ones you want, link each to one unit or one project, add keywords if you only want to answer certain comments, and write the DM and the public replies, or keep the ready ones. How many posts can run at once depends on your plan.

Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of it, and nothing more until the person answers. PropDrop sends at most one DM per person per post, ignores replies inside threads and your own comments, and never posts a public reply if the DM didn't go out.
