A Page post about a new compound fills up with "price?" and "تفاصيل". Writing the price in public tips off the broker next door, and "check your inbox" means nothing when nobody actually wrote to them.

The private message greets them by name and ends with a question, because Meta allows only one message per comment until they answer. Send it as plain text or with up to three buttons: a reply button, a link, or the unit's page on your company page.

In your inbox
The conversation opens in your inbox with the comment on top and a See post link. When the buyer answers, the AI carries on knowing which unit they asked about: it gives the payment plan, asks about budget and bedrooms, and collects a viewing request for your team to confirm.
Click “See post” and the comment opens on Facebook. Anyone on your team can step in, and the agent pauses in that conversation.
Settings → Comment replies
In Settings › Comment replies you see your Page's recent posts. Switch on the ones you want and link each one to a unit or a project. Add keywords if you only want to answer some comments, or leave them empty to answer every one. How many posts can run at once depends on your plan.
Facebook comment replies run on your Messenger channel, with the feed field subscribed in your app's Page webhook.

Three posts, three companies
